In ancient times, people were put on public display in the town square for the whole community to see. It was a crime prevention measure so that the towns folk would know who to beware of and as a deterrent for other criminals.
SEMILONG.ORG unfortunately cannot do this legally. So our intention of publishing the names and images of those committing crime in our neighbourhood or from our neighbourhood, is just to report that they have appeared in the media. This record of media reported crime will stay online.

Judge Patrick Eccles QC said Broughton was part of a "ruthless conspiracy" which struck fear into those connected with the building of the laboratory. |
